What is the delivery lead time for my order?

We strive to ship out your order(non-customized product) within 3 working days from the date you order. For customization goods or services please chat with us to meet your deadline. The delivery lead time may range from 5 to 14 working days. Our trusted courier partners deliver between 12 PM and 6 PM daily, so please keep an eye out for them!


Do you offer free shipping?

At Da Crystal, we are pleased to offer FREE shipping within Malaysia for all orders totaling RM500 or more (excluding shipping fees) and weighing 1,000 grams or less.

For orders under RM500, a standard shipping fee will apply.

Note: Free shipping is only applicable within Malaysia.


My order has not arrived yet. What should I do?

Our goal is to deliver your items as quickly as possible. If your order has not arrived yet, please allow 2 to 5 working days for it to reach you, depending on the estimated delivery time for your location.
